We strive for satisfaction of our products so we offer a 30-day refund policy on haircare products*. 

 

Returns Process

If you are not satisfied with your haircare product purchase you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.  

Simply email us to request a return authorization number and return the product to us at your own cost. Once the item has been returned, please email us the tracking so we can promptly issue your refund, less the cost of shipping.  Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.   

Brushes, accessories, pillow cases, shower caps and styling tools are non-refundable due to the nature of the items and COVID-19 precautions. 

Deeply discounted Closeout Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Holiday Bundles, and deeply discounted items of 30% or more are NOT returnable or exchangeable.  If you purchased a bundle that includes a hair accessory and you wish to return that bundle, then you will receive a refund less the cost of that hair accessory, as we are unable to accept returns for accessories. 

All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item.  If you refuse delivery of an order and request a refund, you will be refunded LESS the cost of shipping/receiving both ways.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. Please report any damages to us within 10 days.

If you receive an item that was damaged, please take images of the box, the product inside immediately to receive a refund or replacement.  If you feel your item was damaged in shipment please let us know by emailing a picture and description of the broken item and the packaging. We can only honor refunds or replacements when we have photos of the damaged items within 10 days. Outside of this time frame we are unable to offer a replacement.
 

REPLACEMENT

If you received a defective item and would like a replacement please email us with your email address and order number so that we can send a replacement promptly.  Please include a photo of the packaging as well as the damaged product and any inserts. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to receive a replacement. Outside of this window we are unable to offer a replacement.

 

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

Standard Shipping Policy (When In Stock): All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time of up to 2 business days in addition to the carrier transit times.  Orders placed in the USA will arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected (including processing time), barring all information has been input correctly.  International orders will be processed during the same time but may take a little longer due to customs (7-35 days).   We cannot refund orders that are in-transit. 

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed.  If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot process a refund or replacement until the item has been returned by you to our warehouse.  If VoiceOfHair resends your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.  If you refuse delivery of an order and request a refund, you will be refunded LESS the cost of shipping/receiving both ways.

 

MISMATCHED BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES

In order to prevent fraudulent transactions we may automatically cancel orders that have a different billing/address.  If your order has different billing/shipping addresses please contact us at help@voiceofhair.com immediately after submitting an order.

 

INACCURATE OR MISSING SHIPPING ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.  Once your order is placed  and it has shipped we cannot update your address.  If you place an order and the address was not accurate or complete we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you.  VoiceOfHair will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.  Please check your order details immediately after receiving your confirmation email to prevent any issues.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE USA)

VoiceOfHair is a USA based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged by local economies.
